A burst water main is not a wait-and-see situation. When a homeowner in Ontario called us with a blown service line, we got out there fast. Water was already an issue, and every hour without a fix meant more risk to the property and more stress for the family inside.

Here's what we were working with - a failed water service line that needed to be fully replaced from the street connection into the house. That meant digging a trench through the front yard, working down to the existing line, and pulling the whole thing out. No shortcuts, no patches.

The new install uses copper pipe paired with a pressure regulator and shutoff valve right at the point of entry. That pressure gauge you can see mounted at the top is there so the system can be dialed in correctly - not just restored, but set up right. A lot of companies skip those details. We don't.

We also work fast without being sloppy. Our crew ran this job through the evening to get the water restored and the connection secured. That's what emergency service actually looks like - not a next-day appointment, but showing up and getting it handled.

If your water service line is aging, running low pressure, or you've already got a break, that's exactly the kind of problem we deal with every day. We also handle leak detection and slab leaks, so if you're not sure where the issue is coming from, we can track it down before it gets worse.
