Mr. Tom, very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and treat us like he would treat his family members. He put on shoes covers over his shoes,and he put clean, thick large cloth on the floor close to the crawl space opening to check underneath the shower floor and behind the shower wall.
