When a gas line starts acting up, there's no room for shortcuts. It's not like a leaky faucet you can put off for a week. Gas line issues need to be handled correctly - and that means doing the job right the first time, every time.
Here's what we were working with on this one. The old green-coated steel pipe had seen better days. Over time, that kind of pipe corrodes, especially when it's sitting in direct contact with soil. You can see the old line right next to the new work - that contrast tells the whole story.
The new install uses a ProFlex CSST gas line - that's the black flexible line with the red protective sleeve running underground. It connects into a solid above-ground assembly with a brass shutoff valve and proper fittings up at the wall. Everything is supported, properly transitioned, and built to last. No sloppy work, no loose connections.
Gas line work also ties closely into what we do every day - finding problems before they get worse. Whether it's a slow leak, a drop in pressure, or something that just doesn't smell right, we have the tools and the experience to track it down. Same attention to detail goes into every service we provide, from leak detection to full line replacements.
This is the kind of work that gives homeowners real peace of mind. When it's done properly, you don't have to think about it again.
